Upon appointment as program director, Dr. Hill submitted and received approval for a complete overhaul of the undergraduate program at the University of Houston in 2011.  Updates were made over the years to course offerings to reflect research trends and needs in the field.  

Effective fall 2025, the State of Texas approved the program's name change from American Sign Language Interpreting (ASLI) to Interpretation and Translation (INTN).  The following list includes courses Dr. Hill has taught and created curriculum for:

ASLI 2233 - History of the Interpreting/Translation Profession (fall)

ASLI 2335 - Privilege and Equity in ASL/English interpreting (spring)

ASLI 3430 - Consecutive Interpreting & Translation (fall)

ASLI 3433 - Simultaneous Interpreting - Foundational (spring)

ASLI 3434 -  Simultaneous Interpreting - Intermediate (fall)

ASLI 4489 - Service Learning and Internship in ASL Interpreting (spring)
